Thank you so much for making Colleen and Steven’s wedding so perfect!  When they informed me they wanted an outside wedding with the guys in kilts and a beach theme reception I couldn’t imagine tying these two ideas together, but you were able to do so in such a beautiful way.

After booking the venue for the wedding and reception and beginning to plan the wedding, my husband was transferred to the Dallas area.  Especially with my living in Dallas, the bride in College Station, and the wedding in San Antonio, I was extremely nervous about trying to handle the decorating from such a long distance.  You sat down with us and really listened to what Colleen and Steven wanted and made so many suggestions not; only for what you could do, but things we could do that would make their wedding beautiful, but fun. 

The kilts and bagpipes playing at the outdoor wedding at sunset were so breathtaking!  When Colleen’s future mother-in-law and I checked on the reception hall before the wedding, we were amazed!  The room had a tropical feel to it and was spectacular.  I loved how you kept the reception hall in the theme, but elegant, and flipped the pavilion that was set up formal for the serving of wine and appetizers while pictures where being taken, to such a fun area with beach balls, sand, and a place to have your picture taken on surfboard. Many guests, especially with children loved the fun, relaxed feel of this area. 

I really appreciated how you were able to work with the other venders, especially that last week when the caterer who we had been talking with periodically hadn’t written down how the serving area was to be decorated and the florist discovered the tables were larger than they originally thought and we needed to make changes on the arrangement sizes.  I can’t tell you how much I appreciated being able to say with complete confidence, “Talk to Rebecca and do whatever she says.” 

I never imagined hiring a decorator or a wedding planner.  But it didn’t take me long to realize I needed you.  Since vendors only give you the day of the wedding to decorate, I would have missed an unforgettable day with my daughter and her bridesmaids had I tried to take this on myself.  That alone would have made your services worth it, but your creativity, attention to detail, the ability to work with all the other vendors, made your services invaluable.  I have told so many people that the best money I spent on the wedding was for you!  A different caterer, florist, DJ, or cake decorator would not have had that big of an impact on the wedding; but without you and your resourcefulness, the wedding would not have been as beautiful and memorable as it was.  Colleen told me at the reception, it was everything she had wanted and more.  We couldn’t have been more pleased.

I would highly recommend your services for any wedding or other type of reception.
